When his wife was diagnosed with Celiac Disease nearly 20 years ago, Uncle Skippy recreated the comforting recipes he grew up eating to meet her needs. Later, when his son’s nut allergy emerged, he further adapted his cooking, ensuring a safe dining experience for all. Today, our dedicated Gluten Free and Nut Free kitchen offers a space where everyone can enjoy comfort food without worry.

Inspired by his Grandfather Saverio’s love of hospitality, Uncle Skippy carries on the family tradition of cooking for others.
